Website Package Prices

My goal is to make effective online marketing affordable. I try to find a happy medium between the "build it yourself" option offered by hosting companies and the over-priced, under-performing "full service" sites provided by large marketing companies. For most projects, the first year cost is $2,000 (payment plans and cash discounts available).

The initial creation of the site includes:

  • 1 year of hosting
  • Design (custom or template)
  • Optimization
  • Google registration
  • Traffic reporting
  • Minor updates for the first year**

In the second year, the service fee is $50 a month. Second year services include:

  • Continued hosting and domain registration
  • Any edits or text changes throughout the site (changes requiring design work might result in additional costs)
  • On demand traffic report contacts and traffic consultation
  • Adding new associates
  • Adding new practice areas (where client provides the content)
  • Changes to address and/or phone numbers (design work included)

On-site, same day website building package, additional $500

If you are in a hurry, or would like to have a more hands on role in the creation of your website, I am available to come to your office (or we can meet at mine) for a three hour session where we can complete a prototype of your website and publish it the same day. Before we meet, I will have a basic structure of your website put together. In the meeting, we can customize the design, take pictures around the office to add to the site, and I can help with content structure and writing as time allows. I have both Dreamweaver (website building software) and Photoshop (traffic creation / editing software) on my laptop, so I am able to build and edit your website during the meeting.

Directory Exposure, Content Licensing, Linking Strategies

If you are looking for a more advance legal marketing plan, I also offer directory exposure, content licensing and linking strategies. I work with HG.org as a re-seller of their directory listings, which has been very successful for many of my clients. A basic listing on HG.org is free, the premium listing is $195 per year.

I also work with Nolo.com, which is a legal directory that will license content for use on your website (restrictions apply, pricing varies). Keyword rich content for your area of practice will drive additional traffic through the search engines and can also increase your overall position for keyword searches.

I am also working with a small SEO company that arranges linking campaigns across directories and social media sites.
